Is it possible to loss weight painlessly and permanently?
Looking slim and attractive is the ultimate goal for many people and people go
through painful exercise programs trying to achieve their goal. But at the end,
instead of losing weight, it seems the problem worsens. Which may make people
feel that losing weight painlessly and permanently is impossible.
The secret to painless weight loss is based on one word
“PRINCIPLES”. One may attempt to loss weight by going to the gym, working out
really hard for a short time. One may even get good results but, when one
stops, the weight comes back even more than it was before. What’s the cause?
Not following the right principles. One may base exercising on a quick fix
mentality. Trying to loss weight in a short time. One may fail to understand
that weight accumulates through principles. HOW? To illustrate lets call a guy bob, bob diet
include doo nuts, hem burgers, ice cream, chocolate’s, in fact, his a McDonalds
guys. Bob has no exercise program, he has not being to the gym in 5 years (may
be he doesn’t know where the gym is). So bob becomes obese, 5 years of applying
the principle of negligence, neglecting his health.
Now bob gets motivated to loss weight ( may be his doctor
told him that being obese is dangerous to his health) bob finds the nearest
gym, works out let hell , losses 50 pounds in one month, “wow “ he says. Feeling
confident he stops!!!! And returns back
to being the McDonalds guy. And in a month he becomes more obese. He starts to
wonder; what went wrong? This is what I think went wrong. It would be a
difficult task to finish 5 years supply of food in one month; likewise it would
be a difficult task to shed five years accumulation of fat in one month.
Trying to loss weight with a quick fix mentality will not
work. Since fat accumulates painlessly, the secret to losing weight is also
painless and effortless. How? First it involves changing ones thoughts, burning
the fat of the mind which, burns the fat of the body. Burning the fat of the
mind involves reading exercise and health books. Second it involves consistency
and diligence (the consistency and diligence should be equal to the consistency
and diligence it took too accumulate the fat in the first place).
In conclusion losing weight should not be a painful process;
it should be fun, painless or effortless. By changing ones thoughts, how one sees
his or her body when one reads exercise and health books and by being
consistent and diligent losing weight can be an exciting experience.
